MK Engineering is an engineering office founded in 1983 by Prof. Dr. Edgar Muschelknautz, a highly regarded international expert in cyclone technology.
MK Engineering specializes in customized process engineering design and optimization of particle removal systems, including high-efficiency cyclones, scrubbers, filters, and pneumatic conveying systems.
The optimum performance of a particle removal system in a process plant is a goal often strived for, but rarely achieved in practice because the methods used for design are not reliable and accurate enough. This often leads to serious disadvantages for the overall plant, such as production or efficiency losses, high particulate emissions or short plant runtimes.
Through innovative and precise design methods, we achieve optimum performance of particle removal systems at minimum investment and operating costs. This maximizes overall plant performance, as proven in more than 250 international projects.
Our designs are based on proprietary state-of-the-art software tools that are continuously developed and validated with measurement data from industrial plants and test facilities.
